Are you interested in supporting the work that we do?
We have not yet filed for non-profit status, and so we are not currently accepting donations. We are, however, collecting pledges of future financial support. Make a pledge [http://www.textmapping.org/pledgeForm.html] now.
Your pledge will be helpful to us as we seek foundation support. Your willingness to pledge now will help us make the case to foundations that The Textmapping Project merits their attention and support as well.
We will not ask you to honor your pledge until:
The Textmapping Project is granted non-profit status as a 501(3)c corporation, and...
Foundation support is arranged in an amount that covers at least 20% of The Project's budgetary needs.
Rest assured that we will not share with anyone - and that includes foundations - any personally-identifiable information about you, such as your name, email address, regular mailing address, or phone number [Read our Privacy Policy. http://www.textmapping.org/privacy.html]]. We will only share with them the aggregate data - for example: the total number of pledges, and the total dollar amount pledged.
In the meantime, and in anticipation of being granted non-profit status, The Textmapping Project will continue to operate as a non-profit concern. All of the information on this site is free [see our small print below]. We hope that you will find the site useful.
You can complete our pledge form [http://www.textmapping.org/pledgeForm.html#pledgeForm] online, and either submit it electronically, or print it and send it to us by regular mail. You can also print a blank form for later use.
